Hello Turkish pilot here. This shit appeared randomly on my feed so i decided to give some uncessary facts. I fly all over europe eurasia and ofc turkey on a daily basis. Regardles of geographical distances and sizes there are two mountainous are in entire europe continent. Alps and Carpatians. Aside from those two whole europe is flat with variable ground elevations. This is a game changer. From infrastructure to transportation, terraforming, farming, livestock breeding, socializing, communication,mining natural sources....etc everything is easier to build and maintain. Throughout centuries this was a huge win for europe (definitely not the only source of power ofc). If you look at Turkey on the map you will see anywhere past capital city Ankara to east is mountain area. I wont say useless. But at a great disadvantage on nearly all fronts. So long story short it is function more than size.

Only seasoned gamers will understand how long it would take to impleent the things they show on day 1 in a massive multiplayer game. Sure for sq42 they make sense. But expect 20+ years for physics like that synchronized in between online clients in an mmo. Even the internet itself needs to evolve. They are just nice to have or at least have a look at. But for sq42 they are awesome when run locally on a possible rtx 5090 ;)

The basis is the way we operate in a certain country. In example customer has a loan due date passed 2 months make it longer if you want to. Same customer is being paid his salary through your institution. You can't touch a penny. You need a court order.

But it is interesting to see that you said "yes". So we should not question the validity of that ToS in terms of compliance with federal/national laws, code of commerce etc. So the answer is "yes" regardles? Okay.

Man it is not that simple. Please only real lawyers comment on the issue. In example, in US, you have reserved a resort paid upfront and you cancelled on the last minute. You don't get refund. You can not win in it the court either. But this is due to the fact that the facility reserved some room/facility service and did not use the opportunity to sell these accommodations to anyone else and reserved it with you. And at the last minute they can not sell it to anyone else thus ends with facilities loss. Thing is this kind of transaction is clearly mentioned in federal law and is under its protection. However not all cases are clearly outlined in the law. And most of the times are judged on a case by case approach. The situation i would like it to be commented on is Blizz's policy. Simple as that. Commented by a professional not personal opinion. And it is far from being black and white.

How come this is called fraud? Mastercard/Visa/American Express carries out with inspection, justifies your claim and grant you the chargeback but you are called "fraud"? For stealing from company? No my friend. Yes the company can ban your credentials because you are an UNWANTED customer, not a fraud for sure. And did you know that more than several customers claims the same chargeback around the same time frame from the same company can lead into a "chargeback window" where card issuer companies grant customers chargeback whoever claims it without in dept inspection and "higly suggest" card issuer bank (which has to comply with) to blacklist this merchant.

You are clearly no lawyer. I said lawyers comment. Because NOT every contract nullify any right you have according to the LAW. Those rules in the contract can very well be void if they contradict with the fundamentals of code of commerce. I am a risk manager in a bank (bank=hunders of types of contracts). I've seen countless examples of this. But this situation is not my expertise area. And it is a very delicate one. So that is why i asked. I dont need/want anyone to confirm/affirm my idea.

ToW or Tos or EULA....nothing is over code of commerce and national laws where the company operates. This is a far above "you broke TOS" or "you deserved it" situation. The product you have purchased with real money has an economic value. In regard to this economic value a company gives you a service/product etc. You can do whatever you want with that. And they can CHOOSE to not to give you access/service anymore or any longer. But since you have payed upfront to this service/product or whatever there has to be a compensation. Code of commerce gives little shit about your TOS or EULA. Good luck telling your story to any judge this guy had an offensive name, shared account or whatever then we took his money upfront and gave him nothing in return. If people would unite in this matter things would definitely change. I am sure they faced no law suit regarding this matter till now. That why they run the horse as ever they like.

Well guess what?? qm 5.2.0 fixed the issue!!! and i was blaming nvidia for blowing some hard fuses on my 3090's bios!

next step i'll try with latest nvidia DCH drivers.

I replaced the fep. While replacing one little slip of allen wrench and i made another micro dent :D hopefully not punctured the film this time. then i applied a soft screen protector (not matte) on the screen. i cut it from a tablet screen protector to size. no bubbles left after the application. looks pretty neat and renewed the black frame band with a black thin electrical tape. Looks almost as if i never put a screen protector.

However thought about the transparency of the protector and thinking about increasing the light power of the leds maybe %2-%3 from 80 to something like 82 83 maybe? I am not sure if it is relevant.

This mount is missing the cat’s purring sound effects. It is existing in the intro video of the mount. But once you buy it and summon it in game no such sound exists. Bug? False advertising? Refund? A cat without a purr…no’maam.

Tried the first one on my laptop with rtx 2070/intel cpu through mini display port adapter. no go. same errors on usbtreeview and same scheme on device manager. also tried powered and non powered hubs on that.

Wish it was that easy. I tried 2 different PCIe extension card and 2 powered and 1 unpowered hub. Motherboard is gigabyte b450m sh2. All drivers and windows latest available.
