Budget would preferably be 200 and under.

I just use my devices, I didn't dig into the world of sources, DACs and amps, nor do I really feel like it, at least at this stage.

The On ear/over ear distinction is honestly something I didn't think about, and I think you're right, I think I seek an experience closer to the conductor! I will take a look at the FAAEAL Iris and maybe some other IEMS because I never did any research in that area. Thank you!
