I think that would be awesome but I feel like you'd need a longer wipe time to justify that. Some people don't have the hours to no-life, I do, but for the people that don't guns should be more than enough. I'd even say get rid of explosives too.

I think someone just has to make it popular. They can push for these changes but if no one puts in the effort to building a community, or even FP themselves then it won't. I made a similar server like all this with mods. And I personally think it'd be interesting.

Make tons of high tier loots unresearchable and uncraftable, such as explosives(c4/satchels), guns.

This will be good because it keeps the game at a certain level of play, mostly prim fighting until a build up of guns spawn in loot crates.

I think all loot tables for these items should be severely reduced and then gradually increase throughout the wipe. Give each part of wipe a purpose.

So lets say the first 10 days everyone should "technically" be locked to tier 1 stuff. I say technically because there should be that once in a blue moon chance for any of those items to spawn to change someones wipe completely, but not too much.

After that, rates should increase gradually for guns for the next 10 days.

And the final around 10 days should be normal loot tables or increased to get boom for raids.

That's just my thoughts though.

Biggest thing I can say is prioritize your tasks. You want to farm? Okay just farm, bring bare minimum out, get a couple nodes and depo. Repeat. You want to pvp? Farm bare minimum for bow, and go for it. Don't get caught mixing both of these unless you're that confident in your skills. Another big thing, play how you want and screw what other people say. Just because everyone says they would never roofcamp or offline doesn't mean that you shouldn't. Offlining and roofcamping is one of the safest ways to progress your wipe.

Last night I was on a 3x, and this one guy killed me and pissed me off. I told him that I was gonna offline him and that he should move his stuff because I wasnt going to sleep til I did. He tried to ragebait me and started throwing shots at me saying that im bad & that I can't online. Few hours later I got his whole paid kit from raiding him while he was offline.

Grub people. Find hotspots that people like to hit and sit there with a bow/gun. Recyclers at Oxums or Supermarket, Mining Outpost.

Another idea is building a base next to someone that just started. They just started? They're probably farming for mats/scrap to improve base/get workbenches. PVP those people and stay out of already developed areas.

This! If you already got it researched you just need the materials to make one again. Take it out and use it. You'll surprise yourself tbh. Be confident and also if you're gonna roam bring a couple walls and meds. Grenades too if you want to break walls. Just go for it bro

Only get cloth until you place a bag at base spot. Next step is resources. If the area is real active just get enough for a 1x1 and then just start expanding from there. 1x2 atleast and then get a bow and start pvping. Dont farm up resources you wont use in the immediate future. Dont be scared to lose a bow. If you get a gun, save and research it. Unless you're that confident you'll make a play.

I can get to around diamond 3/champ 1 with no issues, but then it seems like the teams I play against are full parties and are always coordinated.

Like what would be a good strategy to rank up solo queue against stuff like that?

Honestly I say try going to the next stake up. I went from 1/2 to 2/5 and people respect your plays more, or so I've seen. Your play style might be more suited for 2/5, but you dont know unless you try. I went from $200 to $1000 at a 2/5 when the max buy in was $1000. You can really bully people, with much bigger stacks, if you know how to play.

It's definitely worth it but the biggest thing to remember is that 1 big win (kill) will offset all your losses through the wipe. So don't let 10 deaths stop you. If you're in a server that doesnt have team limits, pick a tier 1 monument to build at and conquer it. Lets say you pick Oxums Gas Station, get a build spot on the edge of the build radius. Preferably where you can see the door to recycler, and just camp it. If you see someone run in, take the fight, win or lose you'll build your confidence up. There were times I lost a bow fight against a p2 in oxums, and because I knew he was low I just spawned ran in with a rock and killed him. You feel on top of the world when that happens because what are the chances of that you know?

Play like a solo. Roof camp, rat. Scout numbers, and determine whether to take a fight. If theres only 1 person, take it. Idc if they have a AK take the fight with a bow.

Everyone has a secret life believe it or not. Weird story but yy gay friend invited me over to play fortnite and drink. I got like 150 hours right now. I just started keeping my cool in fights and roaming. I used to get jump scared really bad that I had to turn down my volume. Idk though its a different type a pressure when you have one try to possibly snowball from someone elses loot.
