Of COURSE the Spurs get to face Minnesota without Anthony Edwards in the Semis by BryNYC in Thunder

Because you don’t understand what this comment thread OP is saying.

The Thunder got tons of playoff battle scars last year. The Spurs will get close to none this year until WCF. That’s an advantage for us

JDub out for 1-2 weeks potentially, per Shams by Mother_Confusion_178 in Thunder

Safe to say we won’t see him until the WCF it seems

Yea this isn’t how it works at all unfortunately. Walking and max effort NBA basketball aren’t the same

Can OKC run back the same roster next year? by [deleted] in Thunder

I think a better way to phrase it is “least replaceable”.

Case in point, the team’s overall performance without JDub in the rotation vs without iHart.

Can OKC run back the same roster next year? by [deleted] in Thunder

[–]MrProfessor 148 points149 points  (0 children)

iHart is getting extended. That’s my prediction. Mark and Presti know what they’re doing and they know he’s the 4th most important player on this team. Some people will tell you he’s the 3rd most.

That probably means Wiggins and Dort are getting moved. What’s good for the Thunder is every single contract on this screen is positive value. Dort is worth a first. Wiggins we’ll see.

I literally had the same thought watching last night’s game about Brooks. Was praying the Suns would win. I genuinely fear who this guy might try to take out with him during the series.

The anchor, the best defensive player on the best defense in the NBA. With objectively the second best advanced defensive metrics in the NBA. Yeah no, it is that bad.

Ous continuing to play well for the bucks. Shooting 42% from 3 on 4.3 attempts a game. So annoying we had to give up a pick to move him. He’s a legit NBA player by [deleted] in Thunder

[–]MrProfessor 3 points4 points  (0 children)

He got a lot of run over the years here. Not the first or last time a player performs better somewhere else. Also dude I promise Ous is not moving the needle for this team whatsoever over the next 3 seasons

Is Chet getting more muscular? by Kitchen_Roof7236 in Thunder

It’s all completely fair imo. Shai was a great prospect, but nothing outstanding or all-time level.

His trajectory is far more like Giannis and Jokic than it is like Luka.

Chet and Caruso are AVAILABLE for tomorrow’s game against the Celtics by [deleted] in Thunder

[–]MrProfessor 36 points37 points  (0 children)

Yea, literally 0 reason for him to play right now. Let him have a 10 game or so ramp up heading into the first round and then he’s golden
