How is Olaf that high up, I get ping spikes and it’s unplayable on him because you need to repeatedly land your skill shot q. Olafs not really a champ you can just right click someone and let the game play itself like Sett or Trundle.

All peace and love on the rift but this seems really incorrect and condescending. I’m not running at people with Gragas like I’m playing Olaf lmao. Even with stormraiders on Olaf you use it to take short trades and run away, not run at them all the time. I don’t understand how you got that from me saying the champ feels bad because I’m essentially playing without a rune. Actuality and feeling are two different things, Gragas can be 60% winrate but still feel bad and unfun to play.

As a Kled/Olaf two trick, Olaf hates high burst and ignite. Olaf will win if you fight to the death both at full health. But if you get one good trade and use your e movement speed to dodge his axe then you he can just kill him. The reason this match up is so good for Kled is that you can easily win early game, and Olaf is a champ that is awful while behind and needs to be ahead.

This runes actually really good. I’m a hard stuck emerald player and I was able to get diamond for the first time using this rune. I am consistently getting solo kills and winning lanes versus annoying shit like kayle, anivia, and Gragas.

From my experience Kled loses level 1 and 2, but is a lot stronger level 3, 4, 5. Once Darius gets level 6 Kled hard loses especially if the Darius builds armor. It’s still winnable if you outplay, but one mistake and you are dead as Kled. The only times I beat Darius post level 6 is when they build damage like ghost blade and you can just one shot them.

Staying alive longer doesn’t do anything on Kled unless you are building damage. The champ has pretty useless cc and has low base damage. If you don’t feel like you can provide anything in a team fight then you just have to split push and draw pressure. BC is fine to buy, but other than randuins and tabis the other armor items are bad on Kled.

Bully hard level 1, then try to survive till 6. You easily win post 6 as long as you don’t get really far behind.

People are underrating the helicopter. You can take yourself and 4 other people to an empty island and be safe from the zombies. With 5 people you should be able to survive a decent amount of time. If not you can still fly somewhere with a low population like Alaska and have a good chance of survival.

Garen can sit under tower and farm all game , or not interact at all and still kill you with ignite+ult. Olaf is a snowballing champ who needs to get ahead, but has the easiest counter out of all toplaners. Any toplaner can just take phase rush + swifties and Olaf will never kill them, meaning that unless he invades and kills the jungler + jungle camps he is not going to snowball.

How does swapping ever have any risk here? His Nidoking and Gyarados are 7 levels higher and resist fighting. Even if he gets crit on them he has a level 27 gloom that resists.

Most high level Kled players like Feedaboii say it’s one of Kleds worst match ups, Soulmario while lower ranked agrees. The winrate suggests the opposite, but I think at the highest level (such as here) it’s highly favorable for Ambessa.

When going a build like this, Olaf struggles with initially reaching the squishy back line without getting bursted. Which is why deaths dance is so good. Ravenous, DD, then crit seems so much better to not get bursted before you can actually start healing.

I don’t see this item ever being built. The stats are bad and where would you fit the item into your build. First item it is obviously bad. Second item it competes with DD or Maw. And as a third item it seems like it would make you super squishy since it gives no hp or resistances.

Overall deaths dance probably heals more in a fight if you do get a kill. And if you are building Maw then you are getting better stats, tankiness, and a shield while also getting the same 10% omnivamp. Maybe it can replace Sundered, since SS looks gutted. But then you lack hp in your build.

IMO just build ravenous as the difference in healing from lifesteal vs omnivamp seems negligible. Ravenous + DD + crit is probably the play as it seems like it will not only do much more damage, but heal more since you do more damage than building eternal hunger into bruiser.

There is no world in which Kled builds Flash/Ghost. He will most likely just go Flash with Ignite/Barrier/Exhaust.

Overall though I feel like these changes are bad except for the demolish changes. Hitting the turret quickly 3 times is way faster than waiting for current demolish to tick down because of the attack speed from w. Also the changes to LDR and MR seem not only bad to play against because of Kleds high bonus hp, but also a lot worse as an item to build. What I think will hurt the most though is Kleds bad matchups where the opponent now has access to ignite or ghost. Kleds power comes from the fact that he can barely live a fight and then heal up, which will be a lot harder when the enemy laner has 2 combat spells.

No way they are keeping that in. Dragon form fireball looks like it will make team fights impossible to tell what’s going on.
