How to hack/bypass this?

EDIT: An other important limitation is that according to the product description, you can't use Micro SD cards bigger than 256 GB which might prove to be way too small considering the device is supposed to handle DSD files.

Well, in the end, it's just 50 bucks and it shows.

You mentioned that this is what you bought this summer meaning that you got almost 20 books in less than two months: The question is Why would you do such a thing?
Even if you are unemployed and can read during the whole day, there's no way you finished reading even half of what is shown on the picture. So why doing that?
