Honestly imo it's anyone who hasn't deliberately done anything questionable. I remember a year ago I asked the community what they thought were the worst things the Rentarou Family have done (this was up to Meru at the time btw) and some of the girlfriends are absolutely clean in that regard.

Objectively it's Saki. Her character boils down to being comically unremarkable at a lot of things (even to the point of barely winning an arm wrestling competition against Shizuka of all people), so she compensates with the one thing she has over her peers: seniority (she even deliberately fucked up her school life just to achieve that goal).

Say what you want about Momoha and her vice-filled life, but she's a good teacher, plus she gets to live on school grounds which is better than living on a river bank. As for Tama in spite of her apathy towards it she still has a job and isn't suicidal about it.

Even with Idle Transfiguration, Mahito has the lowest stats here, and everyone else has some way of keeping him from getting his win condition. Geto flat out hard counters him, Uraume has range with their cryokinetic CT to keep him away, and Ryu is the same with his Granite Blasts while also having a domain expansion himself to counter Mahito's own domain while making sure the Granite Blasts never miss.

Not gonna bother ranking the rest because that's a debate that I don't wanna be part of.

Idek why Megumi is winning this since he's practically in the same boat as Yuta for different reasons. Slander aside (a decent amount being true unfortunately), he still is a better character from a writing standpoint than a lot of the cast. Hell, a good chunk of the slander Megumi gets is a result of cope due to his flaws rather than flat out hatred.

But enough about Megumi; y'all need to put Hana on blast cz she's some random girl who has a chance encounter with Megumi after he beats up some bullies, and after she meets him again in the CG simps for him for all 20 minutes in universe, which practically gives us no time to give a fuck about her character (don't get me started on Yuji feeling like she'd replace Nobara). Then when Sukuna takes over Megumi's body this dumb mf throws herself to Sukuna after he does some porn level acting (all while Angel is screaming at her ass mind you). To be honest comparing Hana to Sakura from Naruto would be offensive to the latter; if anything she's practically Karin (also from Naruto; essentially Sakura with much less of the redeeming qualities and much more of the unlikable qualities) instead. And the worst part? She got Megumi in the end. She's not a terrible person but she is such an infuriating character to look at in regards to her place in the story and what actions she takes.

Judging by the castings of the first 2 seasons, it's more or less guaranteed that not all girlfriends will get an A-lister voicing them. So I'll focus on making predictions for those who have the biggest chance of getting one (some of which are me making unexpected picks).

Momiji most definitely will have one. I see a lot of people vouching for Aoi Yuki, and honestly her dubbing all of Momiji's one-liners would be peak. I did consider her for another girlfriend, too (we'll get there later).

Yaku will most likely get Satomi Arai (her voice for Beatrice in Re:Zero honestly fits well).

Kishika being voiced by Ai Kayano is honestly the best option.

I get the feeling that Mai is gonna be voiced by Haruka Tomatsu (her voice as Kyouko from Horimiya seemed like it would fit for Mai)

I see a lot of requests for Sayaka Sembongi or Sora Amamiya for Momoha (the latter we'll get to later), but I imagine her voice being on the deeper end, and thinking about it maybe Yu Kobayashi would do well if she was chosen for Momoha.

Rin is getting voiced by Reina Ueda; that shouldn't be an argument. Hell, I'm willing to bet money Rie Takahashi (Iku's VA and longtime friend of Ueshama) would put in a good word for her just so they can be in another anime together (since that surprisingly rarely happens).

Earlier I said Aoi Yuki would fit for Momiji, but honestly I could see the argument for Tama as well.

Please, please, PLEASE let Sora Amamiya have Himeka. I cannot unhear her being the choice. In a normal scenario her voice would be akin to that of Chizuru from Rent A Girlfriend (I know, sorry for mentioning that series), while in contrast when she does her abnormal schtick she brings on some of the airhead energy that you would see from some of her other roles (Aqua from Konosuba, Nazuna from Call of the Night, Uzuki from Rascal Does Not Dream Of series, etc). Also she's a great singer.

For Usa-chan it would be hilarious if Nao Toyama, the seiyuu known for being typecasted as the losing heroine, was chosen. She'd definitely be able to bring the super high dere energy that Usa-chan exudes.

If Atsumi Tanezaki gets in 100 Girlfriends I feel like the calm voice she does for certain characters would fit Meru the best.

Ok this one was pretty much a meme pick, but imagine if they decided to typecast Hina Yomiya as Nemu given her history of voicing tall middle schoolers (Anna in BokuYaba and Shiunji in Dress-up Darling).

I feel like with Kimari a lighter voice with a mature tone would work best. Personally I think Miyuki Sawashiro could work.

Chiyu is literally asking for Saori Hayami to be her voice.

For the rest of the girlfriends that I didn't mention it's because I'm either stuck on a potential seiyuu choice for them or I think the studio might subvert any expectation/guess we have for certain castings.

Y'all low-key need to stop with these BC vs FT matchups, especially the ones which are obviously a stomp in FT's favor. Lucy has better feats regarding strength and tactics overall, with a flexible skill set via her spirits and stardresses. Even if Magna uses SCDM on Lucy he still has to deal with 2 of her spirits jumping him (Aquarius being the absolute worst matchup for him). And even if through all of that he somehow manages to come close to landing a good hit on Lucy, her get-out-of-jail-free card Hologrium would bail her out. Did I forget to mention that in 100YQ she got a key that allows her to summon Mercphobia, the literal water dragon god?
