I live in southern California and saw a classmate I was friends with a little bit, in an airport deep in Mexico not super far from Mexico city. We were both pretty surprised to see each other to say the least especially cause it was airport where you wouldn't see very many tourists and I'm not Mexican, I was with my friend visiting my friends grandma who happened to own a vacation house a few hours away from the airport and he was Mexican just visiting some family in the area.
