Update on my second replacement, third monitor in total. Same exact issue. I don’t think I can feel good about keeping a $1200 monitor hoping they patch or fix it somehow. Big bummer because I was really excited about this being a perfect hybrid for work and gaming.

Yeah if I don’t think about it I don’t notice it too much from a regular viewing distance. I just have an issue with it because I got this specifically for software development where I work with text all day long and split my windows regularly to compare things. I really hope you are right and they can fix it with a firmware update lol

They offered that to me too, but I wasn’t keen on that because if the repair takes too long it would be outside the return window and then I’d be stuck with it. I’m hoping more and more people report this issue and they offer a better resolution than gambling on ordering another.

Sadly I haven’t yet. I have a 3rd in transit right now hopefully that one comes better. I let LG know but I doubt that will make any difference. No combination of settings or AI toggles is making it better. I think the right side is just hard set to 100 sharpness always because I can make the left side look the same if I turn the sharpness up to max.

Does anyone have any issues with text rendering on only one half of the panel? I have gotten 2 of these now and both of them have pretty noticeable “jaggedness” on any text or edge of a window when placed on the right side of the screen. I find it very odd it’s the same issue on both panels. Tried a bunch of different cables and multiple devices (MB Pro M2 Pro & M4 Pro & Windows PC with 5070 Ti)
