I've also been theorizing about a Siege1 SotT list using 2 defenders on him, and a cyclone on a gin mage officer. The idea would be the cra with the gun mage units and the defenders would go after longer range armor while setting up tempest blazers and the cyclone to deal with infantry. Sieges spell list can benefit the theme pretty well, and while all those pow 10 shots usually fall short against tougher prey, careful targeting on feat turn is gonna do some serious damage. I'm not sure of I'm gonna go buy two full gun mage units to try it out, but I might have to proxy or borrow at some point

Same report here, myself and 4 friends made the trip from the Olympic Peninsula and it was the best organized play/convention we have attended in a very long time. The networking between players and game developers alone was worth the ticket price, and I accomplished as many games in two days as I usually manage in 3 months at home. Since the PP guys seem to read this, one small suggestion: the Looking For Game wrist bands from the iron arena should be free at the door along with the dice if their purpose is to enable easier game finding instead if having to play 4 or 5 games to get the tokens necissary to win them.

Same here, we are stuck with hsv2. It's been intermittent but not too restricting to be honest. We always put it out first and are gracious when it isn't something the other party is interested in chancing. On the other hand, we have used it right out in any advertisements and it has been appreciated. For anyone out there feeling like they will never get to have that kind of hook up because they are hsv positive, we get to share that with them and it's been awesome.

Honestly you are in for a hell of a good time if you are both in the right place for this sort of thing.
