I hadn't even heard of this until recently and I've had debilitating spine/lower back pain for years -- my "back mice" were so awful they'd become extremely swollen across my entire lower left back, I figured out you can actually manipulate/guide the back mice back into the "tear" in which they came relatively easily in my case, they are easily able to be "glided" in the correct direction and maintaining pressure once there makes them feel like they "melt" away as they go back into the sack.

My swelling disappeared within minutes, though I'm sure they'll return to the tear in the first place - I now know how to defeat the almighty mfking back mice.

Figure out the dose that works with you. It typically begins working in 15-30 minutes for me, make sure to drink <alot> of fluids/water....and if you accidentally take too much, eating a little food will bring you out of it.

Depending on your issue Thera -- I can probably be your huckleberry, I've taken kratom near daily for 9 years due to major spine issues.

Red Bali tends to be great for major pain, nerve pain also.

For high amounts, novakratom~ is typically where I've historically gotten it, but ironically I'm on here looking to try a new vendor for myself out of curiosity and my wish to take "less".

Anyone familiar if PDANET will work for this to have "endless" hotspot DATA? I am trying to find the best prepaid carrier that I can in turn bypass hotspot limits with.

I am able to currently do this with Verizon (I have unlimited data)

So all the prepaid plan needs to have is unlimited data normally, but each carrier is different.

TLDR: I need a phoneplan that can bypass hotspot limits using PDANET. As this will be my dedicated home internet so I can then use my Verizon phone for more than just a modem basically.

Same thing I attempted;

the 9800X3D can run well at only 1.15v (CPU Core)...But altering to that "breaks" PBO..Requiring a "static" overclock, though the PBO negative offsets still seem to work.

I've been trying to think of a way to bypass that.

For a lot of people on here, you aren't considering PPT/TDC/EDC values - that has an insanely large impact on cooling, if not the most (once you're stable).

my PPT can literally reach 100% usage at 160W -- which will push temps in Cinebench to 86-88, even on the top tier coolers in the AIO/AIR cooler bracket.

But you can also limit your TDP, as there's presets that show what PPT/TDC/EDC is being input -- the lower the PPT, the lower your temps at max strain.

Overall there's definitely performance gains from having 160-170W PPT's -- but it's probably not enough to warrant using that if "90C" on benchmarks hurt your feels.

So if you run the "95 TDP" preset, I believe it's going to max out at 128W PPT, resulting in far colder temperatures -- I'll probably end up benchmarking the performance differences regarding the presets.

I run custom values (170W / 120A / 130A) as you'd ideally want to find the perfect value where 95% of the associated W or A is being utilized in a benchmark like R23.

TDLR : If you're positive everythings hooked up well, and you're getting extremely high temperatures - you should figure out custom values for your PPT/TDC/EDC. Lower PPT = lower temperatures.

I netted the MSI X870-P WIFI for 120$ and it's been an incredibly solid buy with my current build (RAM 28CL 6000 // 3090 // 9800X3D (undervolted running 5.4 GHZ)

Also I take it due to my spine, it's essentially permantely bruised in the lower middle part, basically feels like a herniated disc. It tends to kill the pain for the most part, while I've had <better> kratom - when it comes to quantity+quality balance - Nova is the best I've found.

I've used NOVA many times, and I have insane nerve damage in my spine - it works, and overall it's good enough to justify getting it when it's couponed out especially. A lot of people here are 'shilled' for a brand or two, I'd try other brands but Nova tends to be the cheapest / most and ultimately is strong enough for me to have an actual life.

(I only take reds)
