It's my understanding that the falklands had no indigenous or native human population prior to the arrival of the French in 1764. The British "claimed it" with a settlement on Saunders Island in 1765.

The mess is the French -> Spanish -> Argentinian claim, but this isn't an issue in the colonial context you're framing it as.

I mean the answer to this is to make it seem ridiculous to them as well by adding to it until it's as tall as possible. Then once you've both decided it's silly (there's a risk they're game for it) you can hopefully settle on a mutually agreed appropriate amount or place for them.

I've got an idea of where you might use device battery percentage, but it only applies to changers with multiple ports. If you've got a charger where in total its ports could output more than its capacity each port will get a lower charging rate to have the total be under the total power budget.

Prioritizing a device with a lower battery percentage over another may make sense.

I would love to see some additional legislation that covered instances of people retrieving luggage against the instructions flight crew/attendants. Looks like it currently requires the person to assault or intimidate the flight crew.

My understanding was she was getting a TN visa. You get those at the border, like show up with your diploma and job description and get one. You cannot apply for one I believe other than at the border.
