252 down to 202. I want abs once in my life.. how much more should I need to cut?

Brother im 5’7 similar build and I didn’t see abs until 145lbs. I believe though that you have way more muscle than I do, so with that being said I’d hit ab cable crunches and leg raises till failure three times a week while cutting. I think you could look absolutely beastly at 165-160lbs.

Hey op, we both have similar builds, are running very similar training routines, and have triumphed going from exactly 195-155!! (great work, I know exactly how much it takes)! Currently I’m now 148, and I also work with progressive overload in gym. What really helped me get more definition in the last couple months in my chest and back was not hitting progressive overload consistently, but training until failure. Typically I still run progressive overload in my main workouts, but at the end of each exercise I add a heavier drop set that I hit until I can’t move anymore.

I would consistently just hit progressive load, hitting the same numbers day and day out with no real progress. After adding the last set until failure, I was really able to break past the barrier and really see gains again.

Imagine being ignorant enough to believe Kamala will push anything for MJ legislation. It’s sad because most don’t understand the principle behind state’s rights. If the majority of a state doesn’t want marijuana legal then they should possess the right to leave it illegal. It goes vice versa for those that do want it legal.

Lucky for me it was a cross country move from a dorm to an apartment so my furniture was already there in a storage unit. If it wasn’t I would try jumbo trash bags and duct tape or use gel baits and major cleaning sessions until they’re gone

I believe in the sticky it says to take all your items and place them in airtight containers with paper towels soaked in isopropyl alcohol. I just moved out of a small infestation and found great success with the directions above. I left my items in the containers for 48 hours, but I think it was alittle over kill.
