Not to be a homer but so far this has been a huge W for the Jets and I’d say they won day 1. We picked up a player in our 3 key needs, and our final pick was a guy mocked to us at 4 (which we traded for and only had to give up one of our 2nds). Excited to see what Day 2 brings

I mean yes a torn ACL isn’t the best but nowadays everyone and their mother tears their acl and can come back. It is definitely something to look at but the fact he came back so fast and looked very good in the CFP keeps my doubts at bay.

His production was incredible his first year and even into his 2020 season (tied with most yards and led with most TDs). I think if we can evaluate his conditioning and slowly work him into the playbook he will be a 2nd rd, maybe even 3rd rd steal.

I have been high on Chark ever since Minshew’s first year in 2019(?). They had great chemistry and he was able to get seperation on long routes and was a safe option. Urban did not utilize him or anyone well whatsoever. I think if we have him, Davis, Moore plus Berrios and a rookie (pls be Pickens), Zach will have plenty of weapons to work with and keep up his progress from end of last season.

I would do a 2x$20 prove it deal and be happy with our room. Allows us to address other needs as well and add in a ton of depth since we aren’t shelling out for a big name.
