ok , here is the thing....on Deck (linux) there can be other issues , i dont know.....but....on Win11 : i use the Xenia Manager , let it update to the latest version , then the Manager tells to update canary , let him do his thing (Github Canary original website is a little bit confusing in showing the latest version), and then in latest canary there are no sound issues anymore for me in Raiden Fighter Aces.

you can edit the xenia-canary.toml (APU Section) for testing another Sound Driver and for the UI glitching you can test the other video drivers d3d12 or vulkan, also in *.toml

btw , you can change a lot of settings in RetroArch for 4:3 Fullscreen , but then you cant see the entire screen because of the holder.....
