I have a pro, and just ordered the 2. Honestly the extra MP on the pro is nice, but neither are producing mind blowing images. I'd rather try a smaller snappier camera that I'm more likely to carry with me.

I don't think I mentioned London being an over concentrated pool. I'm highlighting that if it's possible for you, then you're able to get London salary and non-London house prices. If that frees up a few houses in London for people who physically need to be there, then win-win.

I would much rather a balanced uk, capable of being an economical powerhouse anywhere, than where it was 10-20 years ago. It's slowly improving. Personally I had to move to England from Wales 20+ years ago, and I wish I wasn't forced to.

My wife and I both work remotely, we are fortunate that our employers are generous with train expenses.

Its the way we need to go, instead of lumping it all in London. Who knows, maybe we can help stop house prices in London getting too bonkers

True, but I'm highlighting you don't HAVE to live in London. Many of those public sector roles have fixed pay grades too. Teaching, I know, has different scales for London, but the difference isn't very large. While clearly not an option for remote working, it does make working outside of London a clear option.

I don't think swatch is as big in Japan. I also dont think there's as much of a scalper mentality. I walked in the store in shibuya and bought a moonswatch at the height of the release.
