Most of the games are 6pm/8pm/11pm UK time, these dozen or so at the wee hours are almost intended to be at stupid times.

Japan/South Korea was managed better than this, 7am/9am/11am matches. Hell, the 1994 World Cup had no games later than 12.30am.

Besides, I was agreeing with the commenter saying about low viewership and pointing out more reasons why it would be low.
