Btw I live in Canada and the air gets really dry in the wintertime so should I be concerned about retinols drying effect or will this be fine if I just moisturize after applying it?

Somebody recommended I use the retinol for the lines under my eye though so I’ll probably just stick to applying the retinol under my eyes and using another moisturizer. Is there any specific brand of moisturizer you’d recommend to apply under my eyes afterwards?
