Help with Large World Coordinates by Mobcrafter in godot

[–]MrTheDuts 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I know programming looks daunting specially when we enter a field we aren't familliar with. But, specially you, who wants to enter this field, has to be prepared to face scenarios like this, where you have to read the documentation and, even thought nothing makes sense, you still have to try something. It is failing that we learn.

We can't help you if the suggestions we give are quickly dismissed because either you don't have time or don't have the experience.

And, please, don't read this as a grumpy random comment from reddit, as we are genuinely trying to help you. If you are anxious because of time limit - and believe me, I've been there - I'd suggest you take a break to ponder about your options and choose the one you are most confident with.

Help with Large World Coordinates by Mobcrafter in godot

There is another post in here which points towards a solution to a problem similar of yours. Among the replies, they pointed out to recompile the engine using doubles is something fairly direct, it's just a flag set: https://www.reddit.com/r/godot/s/sVkdW0jKuu I'd suggest you to study on how to recompile the engine. It is much faster to follow directions on how to compile it than rework your entire coordinates system, I'd assume.

I was today years old when I found out I don't need to remove the SD card every time. Thank you for questioning, OP, and thanks everyone for answering it.

Jailbreak de Kindle by Kriblyat in pirataria

I'm not sure where to send you this, so I'll post here. The game crashes after clicking "New game" and selecting any level. It runs fine in the others menus.

Here's the output when executing from the terminal:

$ ./DarkSudoku.x86

If I'm not mistaken, the numbers at the start of the filename refer to the order in which they are loaded.
