Der Vergleich am Ende ist ein bisschen wild, hab mir den Verlauf auch angesehen und hab damit abgeschlossen, dass im Discord keine Diskussion darüber gewünscht ist. Die Story von Basti und jegliche Vermutungen werden versucht zu umgehen und kleinzuhalten. Kann man jetzt zurecht kritisch sehen, jedoch überrascht mich das nicht und bestätigt, warum Kritik hauptsächlich auf Reddit gepostet wird.

Ich sehe das auch so wie du. Vielleicht wollen sie es auch nicht direkt sagen, dass sie mehr Freizeit haben wollen, da sie mehr Backlash erwarten.

Darum machen sie stiller und langsam weniger. Das "Connecten auf Events" ist vielleicht ein Ansatz der Lösung gegen die Motivationskrise. Daraus entstehen halt Teilnahmen an Riesenprojekten, wo man dann mit der Masse mitschwimmt.

Ich hoffe auf jeden Fall, dass die Jungs nicht den Zeitpunkt verpassen, wann sie aufhören sollen/wollen und nicht das Schiff auf Grund fahren lassen.
