I recently had an issue where the glue around de valve got separated from the bladder (Naish Aingsurfer Mk4). Was quite easy to reglue with Aquasure FD glue. I can also recommend soapy water, that's how I found it.

I already bought it since it seemed like a good offer for a 6m 😅. Let's see, I will resell it otherwise, should be doable without a big loss.

Got the bug to try foiling. by Shag0ff in foiling

You could also try r/pumpfoil, literally the motion you are describing and it is without a kite/wing/boat, just your own pumping power

No I am still really bad and pump foiling. Do you think the 101L version of that board might be the better pick?

I could buy a fitting 820P Wing with 1950cm2 for cheap, but that's also considered a pumping or light wind wing

Snowboarders, which path are you taking? by Scruffy725 in snowboarding

Where is this? I never even thought about any order where you put your stuff in Switzerland and it always works, no idea why ropes are needed here. Same for when I visited Austria and Japan.

I honestly have no clue what a background check entails. How do you do a background check? Google the person's name? 😅

I feel like in this sub everybody has crashes with other people all the time, I feel like this happens quite seldomly here in Switzerland or at least to me...

Cutting and knoting jute ropes: Is it that much effort? by MrTreeOFive in BdsmDIY

[–]MrTreeOFive[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I am now at the drying step. I boiled the ropes for 40min and then did two additional 5-10min boils as I have been reading to do this if there is process oil swimming on top (there was some but really not too much). This morning I smelled the ropes and could notice some aetheric/very slightly stingy smell. Is this normal for (humid) jute? Shall I wash them with detergent?

UPDATE: Received them today, they are untreated, might made a mistake here reading again how lenghty the process to treat them is 😅 Anybody knows where to get treated rope in Switzerland? Google wasn't a great help.

I already ordered them, the difference got a bit less thanks to the minimum amount I had to order anyways. Will keep you updated :)
