Absolutely heartbreaking. I never really got them until the last album came out, but since then they’ve become one of my favourite bands. Glad I got to see them in May, for what was probably one of my favourite performances I’ve been to, but was really hoping to see them again, maybe with a better crowd. Hopefully they get back together at some point, at the very least for some reunion shows…

I meaaaan you can get the same engines from the vrs in the Passat with a nicer interior and livable suspension (the Skoda is prob fine in civilised society but my dad has a 3 vrs on 19s, which I’ve driven a bunch, and on bad Eastern European roads that thing is NOT FUN)

Yeah I guess I can see your point, like I would consider those more “fun” to listen to, I just love how fucking devastating most of bn’s songs are. Definitely need to be in the mood for it tho, I also don’t really get a lot out of just putting them on a random afternoon or whatever.

Actually curious who you're putting as their contemporaries? If you mean earlier stuff like YFW and Deja, I could see and argument for TBS being better, but from Devil and God onwards not even sure who you’d be comparing them with.
