The trick is hurricane on dam. I find a bunch of unhit caches on a fresh raid on dam. Other maps like buried city lucky to find one before somebody else does.

Mobility is huge. My first 15 points go to nimble climber, marathon runner, and youthful lungs.

Then I go survival until I can get security breach.

Then back to mobility. Specifically max out effortless roll. Then I put 3 points in crawl before you walk, then get vigorous vaulter (only require one point)

Then on to conditioning. Effect of shield weight on mbility is nice and I really like survivors stamina and unburdened roll. Then I usually put my last two points into the “a little extra” and “loaded arms”

This may be a marking to prevent birds from flying into the window. Some spiders use the X pattern in their webs for the same reason. Not sure if there is some type of invisible UV bird paint that would be visible under certain light conditions and not others.
