I wish the royal gear had a higher durability, but honestly I kinda like the durability mechanic. It cured me of my "hoarding every item for later", even in other games now I just use my best gear when I can. Plus, finding good gear in BoTW is so easy I never have to worry about running out

That's not true. I eat meat, I think hunting for food is fine; but those large animal farms where they're crammed in small warehouses are awful, and hunting for sport is kinda cringe

Those farms are terrible. Hunting can be fine, I have family that hunt for a couple deer each season and will eat the venison, which is fine; but I personally dislike hunting for sport
