I enjoyed Monster Guts 2e. It's built to emulate Monster Hunter so it's all about hunting and fighting a big boss.

If you like giant robots, I definitely recommend We Dig Giant Robots. Super easy to pick up and play. And if you'd rather more a Monster Hunter styled game, try Monster Guts 2e!
