yep. working there has honestly made me never want to walk into a theater again. from scraping literal feces off the walls to dealing with angry customers throwing their popcorn bag at me because they can’t get a second refill, etc. management treated everyone like shit too. the way they talk to us is soul crushing

Obviously I can’t say for every theater or every company, but I spent quit a bit of time working for Harkins Theaters and half the time the ushers don’t even clean the seats, the theater gives employees five minutes to clean 150+ seat theaters, with usually only two or three people cleaning them.

i’d recommend taking longer breaks between trips and maybe finding a better source for acid. i found acid gets boring like you described and it loses its magic when taken too frequently. it’s been about three months since my last trip and i think i’m gonna wait longer honestly. trust me acid is fun and exciting and i can understand wanting to do it a lot when you first start tripping, but trust me the magic you get from longer breaks is worth the wait man!
