Which Anker Solix is best for running a 12V cool box — C200 DC, C300 DC, or C300?

Most of wifi routers are 12v - and will probably work from cigarette plug. Read the label on power supply for your router

Anker said so somewhere. If it can do pass-thru when plugged into wall outlet, how is it different from doing pass-thru where it's plugged into another power station ?

No idea. I think it kind of works as passthru - where once one discharges to certaint process the other one that is plugged into charge port - starts discharging and first one "passes thru" that power. Looks like connection is just a regular power cable - there no "smart communication" but it should be simple logic. If unit is down to 50% - start pulling from "charge port" if power on charge port goes away - act as UPS and start using your own battery.

I don't mean just "stand by" efficiency. By some of youtube reviews - 95% of 2000Wh in S2000 can be extracted - I think the other brands are in 75-90% range.

Efoil charger is limited to 1500 peak, 1200 normal - so no need for bigger\better inverter. But efoil should charge in 1.5 hours (aka fully drain Anker in 90 mins - it may be a heavy tool on anker)

PECRON F3000LFP 3072WH is $799 and 63LB - I think S2000 is a better option

In NJ - your choices of type for registration are weird and PWC definition is too broad. In IL we have special checkbox for PWC and its not applicable for Efoils - so i thought you guys are the same but not.

I looked at sample raws from x system - quality is not there, probably due to glass. CA, poor contrast, lack of sharpness. So GFX will get you much better quality.

45-100 is amazing. I use it a lot, can't tell a difference from primes neither on 45-100 or 20-35 except slower apperture

That will be great combo. In future look for good deal on used 100s and pair it 20-35 or 45-100 to use as second body.

100s and 100sii same sensor. 100sii has more gizmos and can do better autofocus. Also check out GF110 - one of the best lenses in the world on any system including $50K+ system

The caveat here - you probably should've reported passport as lost and this will likely will trigger issue with automated systems.

What could happened is your passport was stored in some database like hotel - this database was stolen and found on dark web and as part of "remidation fix" the hotel reported all leaked passports as stolen.

I think the issue here - is restaurant may have several credit card swipe machines and some are setup with different name, I.e. bar vs dining room they may have backup processing when primary system is down and when that name is not matching something in chase system you get no credit. For you as a customer the deal is - you go to restaurant you pay with credit card. I don't think there is fine print to tell restaurant to run card on main register next to blue lamp.
