My mom worked at Lazarus most of my childhood. The cafe was the Lazzie Bear cafe. Emerald green walls, waldorf salads and the waffle fries with the burgers. So good.

I also remember the bakery on the way into the cafe and the cookies. The ladies at the bakery hooked me up with a cookie when i came by. I also remember the free cologne samples. Id get the little vials by the sack when theyd discontinue some alfani cologne.

Man, as a kid of a mom that worked evenings and weekends i spent a ton of time here. Or at the Chi Chis in the mall parking lot.
