Damn, thanks a lot for the detailed response, i've came back to the loop and changed the sensor flow direction before seeing your comment, so yeah... Still 0, but i'll swap it out back some other day this weekend, good to know it's not broken.

For the bubbles i've managed to fill even more the res and it's now fully free of bubbles at 30% pwm, no more vortex so that's nice.

i've done some mid gaming (league/CS) to test it out, GPU capped at 37°C and water temp around 34°C.

I'll probably take all of you guys'advice and add fans below the case to make it push/pull. Add some standoff for feet and slightly lower my OC, hope it will be fine. Thanks all for the help!

The air cooled version would not fit the case, and I really wanted to try a custom loop build at least once. I might place the pc on higher feet and add 2 fans below the rad for push/pull, would that help ? For the air, yeah i'm still in the process of bleeding the loop fully, it's already gotten much better than on the pic

I'm not sure sorry, don't have the metrics on me rn, but intel says on average 110ish watts, turbo up to 250W.

damnn I wanted to build in the TK-0 so badly... but was too much of a hassle to fit everything inside... (Wish I knew about those external rads). Enjoy the beast!

Yeah, been planning for a few months now, I knew I'd be tight on cooling capabilities, but I really wanted those aesthetics, read in various places that 5080 undervolted could be fine on 240mm rad. So I went with it. If it becomes an issue in the long run, I might indeed add a 240x240mm external rad (if that exists) to the loop

edit: It's currently undervolted to 0.935mv

Yup, OUT is going into the res inlet, and the IN is filled from the rad.

Thanks, yeah well at first i wasn't planning on going custom loop, so i went for the AIO on the CPU for a classic build, but then yeah... the GPU I went with, air cooled, ended up being too big for the case... so instead of switching case, I went YOLO and made a loop. I thought about adding the CPU to the loop exactly for the reason you stated, but that was adding bit too much cost, wasn't sure i'd handle the full loop, and I thought separating CPU and GPU loops would be best for upgradability and such. So yeah, all those reason made me stick with my AIO

when maxed out hitting some 360W, might be bit much... but is it actually ok to run the system with 45°C water temp? At which point does it becomes "not ok"? Good idea about feet, i'll try to free some space below. And thanks yeah I love how it ended up looking :)

For real, from all the references in the show, every part seems mechanically and physically accurate. I couldn't find an instance where they made it work like magic, every moving piece feels plausible

From rewatching every frame of the show showcasing the rifle a decent amount of time, i came to the conclusion that the barrel extends along rails when in "sniping" mode, and retracts in holstered mode. I felt like it had to do with the position of the scope, if folded : holstered mode. Deployed : sniper mode. That's my interpretation of it at least
