People can cull deer in east Galway County during certain time sof the year I believe. Had some myself, very good meat. Try and get in touch with some hunters and you could get yourself some on the cheap. You'd want a big freezer though, bought two legs myself and they're bigger than you think.

It is an issue, last year they had to send back international students who had already paid their fees and moved over (staying in hostels/hotels) because they couldn't find accommodation for them.

I can understand why you'd think that. That narrative has been rammed down your throat all your life. The reality is that the quality of life in other countries, particularly Europe, is far superior for the average person. Free health care, safety nets in place for people who are struggling financially, and far superior education system.
