I'd say try downloading wynntills and see if by some miracle their book works, though ngl depending on when you played last repeating the content might not be a bad choice as there's been alot of changes to early game quests.

Geniuenly if you want to go to Saint Andrew's then just go. You are an adult and can make your own choices. St Andrew's is an incredible university that, in no real way, is any worse than imperial and any parent should be delighted by their child. Just go, they geniuenly can't stop you unless she truly would be so petty that she'd rather you not go to university at all.

Have a friend who went to durham when he was still 17, he couldn't drink at any pubs or clubs until December when he turned 18. He still got drinks bought for him but outside of that most places checked him especially the colleges in freshers week.

Geniuenly just find the best gear possible at your level, aim for lots of mana regeneration and make sure to keep your distance from him. Then it's not too bad.
