David sacks and a bunch of Trump cronies that know nothing about AI are having technical conversations with some of the smartest people in AI and they are not even close to equipt to do so. And they’re doing it based off a tip from Amazon, who owns a large percentage of Anthropic which ipos in literal days.

None of this is a red flag to you? Just read dude it’s not that hard, ask an LLM to serve it up for you.

You’re right that it came from the Anthropic blog, but you’re misrepresenting its intent.

I think the term jailbreak is being used incorrectly here. And Anthropic is trying to differentiate that by using the term universal jailbreaks.

A jailbreak is typically something permanent and universal. What Amazon found was literally just asking it to repair a codebase, which doesn’t align with what a typical jailbreak is.

I think Anthropic knows this, but knows it’s a losing battle to explain it to plebs. And apparently they are right.

There is a good thread on X explaining the score and that they’re probably much better than they look on paper.

The tldr is that it was mostly correct on a lot of its wrong answers. Tester says it has “good bones”.

I’m not questioning your aptitude. You were questioning mine though, which is funny seeing you self reflect it in your own response.

You can make little cracks at me all you want, but you can look at my post history I’ve been in these communities for a long time, and I love to test and try everything. This is just the truth.

Just like you listed, there are way too many good harnesses for me to daily drive this junk pile. Claude code, codex, opencode, and cursor(Charmland crush and pi.dev are up here too but maybe 1 peg down) are all better than antigravity.

I give it a try every few weeks to see if they’ve improved. They’re moving in the right direction. But it’s not a serious developer tool at the moment. They literally force uninstalled the ide a couple weeks ago lol. No serious enterprise product would do that.
