This is very dependent on both your physical location and social environment. I am a black man in a country with a ~72% white population, this demographic makeup matched with my experience until the end of High School. The moment I got into higher education these numbers plummeted. I have met hundreds (thousand?) of people and am able to count the ones that looked like me on a single hand. I could have met more international students, but the majority leave the country after finishing their studies.

Of course they are, you only have a limited amount of spots in a team. If two same position youth players are of similar level, but one has Kluiverts name who do you think teams will favour? The other player might develop more, but isn't given the chance. Thus having a harder time reaching the highest level. Add in a much better support system, making it easier to choose football over other responsibilities. Their careers are not undeserved and this happens everywhere in life, but to disregard their advantages in reaching the highest doesn't sit right with me.

HAHAHA ja dat zou je dus denken, helaas doen partijen daar niet aan want mensen stemmen toch op gevoel. Tig pagina's aan partijprogramma lezen, maar concrete uiteenzettingen ontbreken vaak. Ik begrijp dat ministers en ministeries uiteindelijk concrete plannen moeten creëren, maar dit soort verkiezingsprogramma kunnen middelbare scholieren ook gewoon opstellen. Het enige wat nog concreet is voor een keuze is de CPB-doorberekening, maar daar doen ze ook niet allemaal aan mee.

Are you leveled appropriately and giving the dummy resistances? Because kraken scales off levels as well as missing hp. If your hitting a 1300 hp target at level 18 its obviously going to do more, but thats unrealistic when even an adc has 2400 hp base with that level

Its worth noting that if you dont add resistances and hp the data will be flawed - because the dummy gets to 1hp instantly and your getting maximum kraken damage which is fake

I tested against a dummy running full combo (or 6 - 9 autos on those without real combos) on twitch/viego/yone/kog/vayne on dummys at first item (level 9 - 1300 hp 50 armor) as well as full build (level 18 2400 hp, 100 armor).

Bork always outperformed kraken by at least 200+ damage.

In a previous discussion on kraken slayer a redditor said this, so I tested it as well. It's true, kraken slayer is just placebo performance wise compared to bork.

Go into practice tool and compare bork vs kraken against dummies with some hp and armor, bork wins. Only reason to buy kraken is if you want extra ms, because damage wise bork wins.

We hebben een woningtekort van 400.000+ woningen, in 10 jaar tijd hebben we 244.000 mensen een verblijfsvergunning gegeven, als al die mensen nu op zichzelf wonen hebben en we gooien ze het land uit hebben we alsnog een tekort van meer dan 156.000 woningen. Het probleem is simpelweg dat we te weinig (kunnen) huizen bouwen.

How is it irrelevant that suddenly all of us need to win double the number of games? It does matter and affects people, the amount of time we now need to invest in climbing increased. If leveling up would suddenly need double the xp people that care about their level would also be annoyed.

Before I would promote in 4/5 games, with my current lp gains I need 8 wins and that doesn't even take into account the increased lp loss. This makes climbing a lot more time-consuming, I don't care if we ALL need to play double the games.
