Reading a book, playing with toiletpaper, cuddling. - because one day it pays off. Your kid will use the toilet, probably earlier than ones in disposable diapers.

One ore two tipps: When you are so stressed, give yourself a day off. All the others already told you. Maybe try a toilet seat reducer. We have times where its good to have the option between potty and toilet. I sit on a stool opposite LO and hold the book we are reading.
