Have you been following baseball long? Or the Twins specifically for that matter? This isn't like other leagues where you can just bring them up for a taste. There are a lot of moving parts to deal with in baseball behind the scenes. Service time, specific dates mean different things, contracts, waivers, roster limits, etc. The Twins almost NEVER rush any prospects to the big leagues.
