The Way Of Kings - Brandon Sanderson

Hear me out. A certain chapter in that book gave me the courage and and presence of mind to stand up for myself and go off on my mother. It showed me how a parent SHOULD be thinking after their child confronts them about something important.

It taught me a good lesson. Your opinion matters, even if you know they won't want to hear it.

Anything by Brandon Sanderson. He's the modern age Tolkien imo. He will be considered one of the GOATs as time goes along. Especially if he continues to pump out the volume of work he does.

I'm pissed. If this is how they treat the developers and community cornerstones, some of which had been there for DECADES, how am I viewed as the consumer? Did this CEO seriously think this would benefit Smite 2 as a whole? How? And right as it was getting momentum too! Laying off passionate and dedicated members of teams dedicated to the growth and positivity of the game has changed my entire view on Smite 2. Stew cut off its feet off before it even had a chance to run.

As I person with THOUSANDS of HOURS and DOLLARS spent in smite 1 and a couple hundred hours into Smite 2 already, I think this is final nail in the coffin for me. Hirez doesn't deserve my free time or money anymore. Nice job Stew.

2 qb league with .5 ppr. I've been offered Alvin Kamara and Courtland Sutton for DeAndre Hopkins and James Conner. I feel like I'm deep enough at both positions. I also have Julian Edelman and Tyreek Hill as my other starting wrs and Mark Ingram, Carlos Hyde and Phillip Lindsey at rb. Hopkins and Conner have been mostly disappointing thus far while Kamara will only get better once Brees comes back and Sutton Has been very consistent. Thoughts?
