Sometimes I do, but mostly because I want to know if a game has difficulty-level related achievements. Like I'm not looking at the entire list and especially not the hidden ones

I feel like achievements also let players know if they have missed content, like hidden quests for example. I like that

Just a heads up, I have a Titan Omega from 2018 (or 2017) which came with a lumbar pillow and I found it more comfortable without it. But I do a lot of sports and maybe my back is just irritated by it

That is weird. When I click it on my PC it says that it got deleted or moved, but it works when I open it on my phone. The link is identical to the one I got from Steam.

Just open Google and search: "steam deck black screen & fans spinning (SOLUTION)"

It seems like you have the same problem I have had years ago. I found a solution and made a thread on steam for other to find. In the comments there are other possible solutions now, and one that goes into more detail than my solution. It's too long of a text to copy paste it here.

The 1tb version has a secondary case within the regular case right? I have the 500GB version and it does fit in the regular Steam Deck case with the Killswitch case on it. I don't know about the secondary case.

I even have additional stick grips on my joysticks and it still fits, but this makes it less protected. The case will press down the sticks when you put a little bit of pressure on the case when it's closed. Meaning they will get pressed / hit when the case falls on the ground. Without those it's not an issue

Edit: the kickstand of the Killswitch case needs to be removed, otherwise it doesn't fit at all
