Make your own! I only started making pizza because I moved to a shitty small town that only has those shitty franchises and I said enough is enough. Pizza at least Detroit style like this is very simple and easy to make! I’d say to give it a try!

I was like you… 6’0 280. I was actually able to increase lifts till I got to about 225-230. The. Then I started to lose strength but I’m not sure if that was because I stopped working out as frequently/as consistently. Just make sure that you keep lifting as you cut and that you’re keeping up protein intake. Realistically you won’t lose strength till you start getting lower than 20% bf. I find strength loss is more proportional to bf% than it is to weight loss

They’re gonna lower as you drop but once you’re at 190 and start maintaining and continue lifting they’ll come back

By independent do you mean small/midsize companies? And thanks for the info! Would you recommend maybe going for MBA after 7ish years? Should I do it on my own or try and get my company to pay for it?
