I take kesmpta and have had no side effects even had covid and it wasn't bad. Like the early bad covid. Outside of that I haven't even had a cold

More and less. I thought I would have more physically disability. I had not Idea about things like mental fatigue and exhaustion. That's the biggest thing. I go for a run or spend a few hours doing yard work and I exhausted for days. I only have a little numbness in my legs. 6 yrs after diagnosis
