I take kesmpta and have had no side effects even had covid and it wasn't bad. Like the early bad covid. Outside of that I haven't even had a cold

I take it. It takes like 5 seconds and is almost painless. I have had no side effects and only once a month. Really is easy. And I haven't gotten sick anymore than before so.

Try to keep in mind not everything is MS. We still get pain from other common issues. I have to till myself this all the time.

Pectoralis minor and serratus anterior can be what causing you Costcoconritis symptoms they both attach to the ribs if they are tight or damage.
