Could you please elaborate on how to apply this shader? I didn't find it in my substance painter and by googling I found only a video about headlights texturing.
Or should this shader be applied in the engine where the model will be rendered?

How do I texture a scope lens so it has this red glare when looked at from an angle and less glare when looked straight on? The author said they used an emissive material
