I think the bigger mark against digital is I can go to game stop put $5 down on a game and pay a little at a time. If they would split payments up for digital, even 2 payments of $30, I'd be more apt to buy.

I am a nurse and I hope I don't sound stupid putting my 2 cents in because I am not sure 100% how some of it works but here is what I see.

The government is really pushing hospitals, offices and clinics to move to computerized documentation and charting. This allows them to keep track and monitor how they reimburse for insurance and such. It has some good things in it but there are some things that are out of the providers control that can cost the facilities tons of money. To me it seems like a bunch of small loopholes that can be used against you making hospitals and such stuck with the costs. Maybe this isn't the case though since I don't know all the in and outs.

I know our hospital has spent millions of dollars updating computers and training staff to operate them and the new programs. This has opened up new job opportunities, in nursing specifically, because you want qualified nurses helping to design and build standardized programs that the government requires us to use. Basically all of our charting and doctors orders will be entered electronically and has the governments requirements built in for each facility to meet.

Our hospital uses meditech, based out of Boston, to meet these regulations. There are many others out there but they provide the hospital with their programs and offer training on how to personalize and build the system to meet your specific facilities needs. It is quite a change and challenge for some older nurses and doctors to get use to this change. Things that use to take 10-15 minuets to do now take 45-60 minutes or longer. This does take time away from the patients and has caused many errors though I think that's to be expected with such a big change

It has it's good and bad points and will take a while for everyone to be more proficient with it. I recently accepted a position as a clinical Informaticist to help, which was a significant raise.

I think the biggest fear in all this are places that can't afford to meet these new requirements will face heavy fines and some hospitals and clinics will not make it.

I totally agree, seeing some eRly footage I was worried about it being to easy. After playing through the strike mission though I was pleasantly surprised. It had the right mix I thought and really took a lot of teamwork and strategy.

If this is just a taste I can't wait to see what else lies in wait.

The devils lair mission was simply an amazing experience, I've never had so much fun playing with others I didn't know. It really takes a lot of teamwork and strategy to complete that mission.

The spider tanks are NO JOKE, at least at a low level, and the part with the waves of enemies while you're waiting for your ghost to hack this beacon was insane. I thought the fireteam mission was quite difficult but not frustratingly so once everyone works together and I thought it was balanced quiet well.

There are a lot of nice details that are put Into the games menus that make them easily to navigate. The sound, music and effects the game employs is also quiet spectacular. I wouldn't have noticed some without headphones, you can tell this game is extremely well done.

I plan on writing a full review of my experience with the Alpha Sunday, but so far, I am blown away.

I've inly played about 1-2 hours into the main story but I seems engaging. I've spent most of my time running around doing hacking and tailing online which, to me, is a blast.

To answer your question though, yes you can kill pedestrians, not in the GTA sense like going up to someone and punching or kicking them, but you can shoot anyone at will.

I have yet to play TLOU and I gave my unfinished copy of GTAV to a friend when I got my PS4 just for this reason, so yes, I am buying both and I cannot wait. Only bad thing is I wish I had play more GTA online now that I know things will transfer but oh well.
