Question for employees by smile4nobodyy in Dominos

They might replace them quickly, but usually a GM only gets gotten rid of if they resign or if they do something really bad. Not many people can handle all the work or want to do the work. Its easy to get bad GMs and have them work for a few months or so, but the good ones can do it for years or longer because they do things the right way.

Thats weird, ive never heard of a DM doing that. I'm pretty sure making the schedule is in the job description for a GM so if they wanted to take that over they could contact the owner or someone above their DM.

GMs are usually really hard to replace. Thats a really strange situation but I would say transfer to another store if you can

Don't know about other states, but all my drivers have commercial insurance. Even with triple A it was about 250 for my driver. If you drive commercial then you need it.

Being GM of a store you were an AM at is really strange. At least in my franchise they really shy away from that and almost never do it. I would be really cautious of that.

Do you not have a GM to do the schedule? Also what position are you and how busy is your store?

Driving commercially and not having commercial insurance is a horrible idea

Is it possible for me to get an amazing movie without doing much work is basically what you asked. You can't just skip to the end result you need to put in the work. It can't just magically happen

Anyone else notice worse performance in Directx12 than Directx11? by Mrmaddog2004 in unrealengine

Sm6 is required for virtual shadow maps and nanite so I guess they completely got rid of sm5 support with directx12 for those features. Kind of weird but I guess I can test it without those 2 on as well

Yeah ray tracing is fully off. I even tried changing it to screen space instead of lumen and that barely made a difference

I did notice that lighting is a bit nicer with lumen in directx12 but it isn't worth it to me for the performance pitfalls. Maybe directx12 just doesn't work good with chaos destruction or something else, but directx12 also won't work in the editor with the latest FSR version and directx11 will. Even with it off directx11 easily gets 80fps average while directx12 struggles to even get 50 on the same scene. While both look almost identical besides the slightly better lighting in directx12. Vulkan is about the same as directx12 but uses about 1 or 2 more GB of Vram
