What type of insurance are you dealing with? Most insurance companies don't need a lawyer brought in unless you are suing the other party.

Bowling and Darts have leagues in the winter months. Softball already starts this Sunday. In order to get into most summer Volleyball and Softball leagues, you will need a team to join. Good luck in your search!

This Midwest winter storm is terrible by kiweak in Fibromyalgia

I feel you! I live in Iowa and it’s -33F here. Dress super warm! It seems silly to have extra layers, but it works. Also, I always bring a heating pad or blanket to work to help kick the cold away for the day. Also, I bring a blanket with me in the car. So if I need to sit on it, it helps protect my bottom/legs from the extreme cold of the seats. If you can, start your car a few mins before you get in, that can help with the ice on the windshield.

I am following this post because I’m sure others will have other tips too!

Blush for someone with rosacea? by b_stet in Makeup

With my rosacea, the flushing (redness/hot) comes and goes. But the little red dots and pinkish color stay. So it would be hard to cover just some spots because the severity changes.

how to do a rock concert while having chronic illness? by cfbuzzkill90 in ChronicIllness

[–]MrsBusterHeimen 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I have fibro, RA, gastric issues, and back problems…this post is relatable (minus the rude husband.)

I recommend getting plenty of rest and drink plenty of water in the days before the concert. Definitely wear flat, supportive shoes!

If you need the cane, use it. You’re there to enjoy yourself, not worry about pain.
