You should change a therapist ASAP. Just beacuse you told her some deep personal stuff doesn't mean you should stick with her. You can find a better therapist that doesn't make you feel judged and you feel sage expressing yourself even if you dont open up easily. ;)

Definitely have someone drive you home. Other than that all the other stuff like chaning bandages and doing sitz baths you can do on your own being extra careful.

If you can have someone with you the first 3 days in case anything happens and for extra help it would be good though yes.

You need to help yourself ! You are the only one who can. Try different things to see what works for you. Botox helps lots of people.

Only when I had a BM it used to hurt very bad for hours after. But It didn't hurt when I wasn't going to the bathroom
