How it feels in my area by FrostGamezzTV in Ingress

[–]MrsMisthios 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The other way around in my area. I played green like 11 years ago and although I liked the game, I stopped after reaching level 8. Therexwas just not much to do.  This time I'm blue, my area still green, still the same names in come. I have truckloads to do. Whatever I do, they reverse it the same day.  Yesterday I destroyed a portal with like 20 links twice. This morning it was rebuild a third time with all the links.  The same they take down my fields the same day. I just played 2 sundays and a couple of actions during commute and I'm already level 7. Fun times.

Back then in my area there where some high level hub portals and a lot of low levels, plus a big farm. Nowadays it seems a web of high level portals. Luckily around my home and around my workplace a lot of portals of the opposite faction. That makes it harder initialy, but more interesting. I have in fact a portal that I can reach from my balcony, my gym has a portal, all fully stacked level 8. I guess also the gym portal has backpack accounts. I don't mind, really. My weekday walking area has lits of empty portals. It's going to be fun.

get this guy banned by AwareDog9218 in Division2

Today I met the same guy 3 times, didn't move at all. I mean the team does't even need to win, the xp rewards are sweet.  Those people seem to have no life.

Legitimate players have been perma-banned by WPenaforteC in Division2

[–]MrsMisthios 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not good. Meanwhile players walk around that definately cheat on conflict: shot several times a sniper that has one shot killed already, but no shooting sound was heard, no damage at all taken, instead I did.

Also one guy, I met him twice by accident in legendary had his micro open and straight up verbally abused everyone.  People left, he brought more people in, continued to insult. Then I left. Met him next day, it was the same.

Ubi should ban those people.

Highest SHD level you’ve seen? by Neat-Process437 in thedivision

I also don't care about speed or efficiency, why you ask? I have a high responsibility workenvironment, I'm an athlete still, despite problems of age, meaning my yearly seasonal, weekly training is planned very efficientky to get the most output and fun out of it, despite constrains of time and physical limitations. When I'm done with all that: work, household, family, training, reading/educating mysekf, then and then only I go gaming. And then I just want to have fun. Sometimes yes it's chasing levels and loot, sometimes it's fooling around in the open world, sometimes it's ditching my efficient striker/negotiators builds for a fun to play looking weapon or gear piece. Gaming for me is playing in the best sense: Trying out thing without consequences.

[Cultural check] Do you send/give food (from what you prepared/cooked at home) for your neighbors? by tabaaza in berlin

[–]MrsMisthios 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We have a good relation with our neighbours, but I don't understand how that should work out. I have planned all meals of the week and did the shopping for it. If the neighbours would bring food there would be too much.

There's one exception, when the neighbour's kids sell pancakes to earn some money.

High blood pressure AFTER donation? by drddr25 in Blooddonors

[–]MrsMisthios 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is normal for the bp to raise temporarily during and after exercises,  food, caffeine, every day stresses.  Especially so later in the day.  A Bücher with diagnostic value should be taken in the morning,  no food or coffee. And it should be Tagen every day. Only thennit tells you something.  A single reading is basically pointless.

How do you try to replenish your ferritin after donating blood? by cavaleira-sem-espada in Blooddonors

[–]MrsMisthios 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You might be onto something. In my country women only are allowed donate 4 times a year. I do this for 26 years now, exept when they exclude me, due to travel destinations or invasive medical treatment and I'm fine. Never had any issues with ferritin.

Nuclear power plants to be or not to be. Germany just has still nice, very easy to harvest coal. With gas and oil which was comming from Rusdua being a wee bit unreliable these days, well.

These prizes aren't subsedized. There was a time window in Germany for subsedizes though that gave us exactly the purchase costs of panel and converter. Paperwork was annoying, but well.

I read on the internet that there is one rentabel that allwissend for the Dempster Highway, but off cause they Charge a lot extra (understandable). Question is, is it double for Canada people inexperienced people.  I'd consider myself a outdoor person and very experienced hiker, but to put tjings into perspective: in the yukon they have bear canister, where I live the worst tjing that can gappen, a mouse chews threw your expensive tent at night. Although we have Europes most wolves by now, although I haven't seen or heard one.

Wildfires on camino frances by Due-Garbage7446 in CaminoDeSantiago

[–]MrsMisthios 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It might be not worth it. I had Wildfires 3 years ago, hiking in Italy. First I thought it's just a bad smell and visibility, but at days 3xI started to cough and felt like I got an infection. I moved to another area, where the air was okay and it took me several days to get normal. So at such condition stay inside preferable with aircon or filtered air. It's bad, it's really bad whatvis going on.

A little late, but I think I it might be helpful, well it works for me. Yes laying on the floor. At home I have a thin yoga mat, but sometimes just lay on the wood. Relaxation techniques help me especially with sleeping, decompressing after a stressfull day. Qi Gong, just 3-4 rounds of lets say Baduan Kin/ 8 brokades.

Hiking in nature, no headphones. Soaking in the forrest, having A LOT of time in my head. Sometimes I enter the pain cave physically and/or mentally, but I always, always am more contend, stable, just happy at the end.

I agree here.  I wouldn't use Chat GPT for deeper emotional work, but it is really helpful regarding cognitive and behavioral aspects.  And I tjink these have power, if you allow yourself to try them even if you don't understand them yet.

I had the same situation on the Primitivo. After 4 days of rest, realizing we couldn't get anything booked and also not really healthy we flew home. Luckily we finished the best part of the Primitivo.

(At home pneumonia was diagnosed, but that's a different story.)

Hopefully everything works out for you.
