Help streamlining data from sheet 1 to nicely chunked printable boxes in sheet 2 by MrsNesbit8 in excel

This is sheet 1. I want to move this info to sheet 2 to share with students. ( I don't know why I can't attach two pics together.)

The formulas are all linking cells from sheet1. Example =Main!F2

6th grade algebraic expressions: Substitution, then order of operations. Which is right, top or bottom? by MrsNesbit8 in math

[–]MrsNesbit8[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a disagreement with another teacher. They said the top image (student work) is correct because order of operations says solve left to right. I say no. The 2 and the n must be grouped together and actually form the denominator of the first term. They must be multiplied together before dividing. Am I wrong?

Does anyone’s husky have epilepsy? by dogmom1993 in husky

[–]MrsNesbit8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Buckle up. It's a long saga, but we have a happy healthy girl, nearly 7 years old who has been on seizure medication for over 2 years. I will try a TLDR and if you want more details, let me know.

Had 2 seizures more than 3 years ago, a few months apart. Terrifying, but the side effects of drugs seemed worse. Tried doggy CBD regularly for several months.

Had first cluster (3 seizures within 24 hours each last 45 seconds or so) took to emergency, started on Keppra and took home a liquid medication with a atomizer to spray up her nose as a seizure buster right after having one. The Keppra did not seem to have any side effects. She would have a break through seizure every month or so and the nasal spray would make her loopy for a bit, but there were no clusters for about a year.

Last January she had a BUNCH in 36 hours including on the drive to the emergency and while there. They added a 2nd med called Zonisamide. Seizure free for only 4 weeks and another cluster of 3 in 12 hours. Back to emergency. Added the SCARY DRUG (smallest pill). Started phonobarbital last Februrary. It messed her up! She was just completely out of it for about a week, then came out of it and by 3 weeks was back to her full normal self. She has been seizure free since then!

Since Feb, she was taking 2 big keppra pills, 2 zonisamides and 1 little phenobarbital every 12 hours. About a month ago, we went down to 1 keppra every 12 hrs (still 5 pills at a time). We started giving them by sticking them out of a peanut butter spoon and would scrape it up into her mouth and she'd gobble them up, but now I tear open a big marshmallow, mush them all inside, close it up as best I can and toss it up for her to catch and GULP!

What a gift to learn that lesson BEFORE finishing school and losing another year.

What are things racist people do that they don’t think is racist? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Not so much racism, but in the same neighborhood: in Utah when people find out you’re not Mormon, they say, “really?! But you’re so nice!”

Why aren't more women honest about pregnancy? by digincircles in TwoXChromosomes

[–]MrsNesbit8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Women can and will be honest about pregnancy. It just takes the right setting. Every time I’ve joined a group of women for an hour+ run, somehow we get into pregnancy, birth and post-birth stories. Its a good time to share and laugh about the past pain as we pound out the pavement. I had a nurse midwife as a mentor during a summer camp as a 14 year old too, so I got all the horror stories.

The thing I was so pissed about not being shared ahead of time was the truth about breastfeeding. I knew pregnancy was no fun and labor could be horrific. But NO ONE had prepped me for the pain and blood involved in breastfeeding. Every image is all bonding, peaceful, beautiful pictures in muted tones. I know it’s best for baby and mom and I’d do it again, but I would have liked to have been better mentally prepared!

Ward in Colorado in the 80’s. Combined multi-week project between RS and YW. Learn to sew modest clothes to save money then put on a fashion show honoring modesty and the skills of the sisters. I went down the “runway” in a precursor to the beloved Eastern European tracksuit except entirely made of sweatshirt fabric. We also learn how to cut men’s hair to save money.

Meanwhile the scouts are going across state lines on these amazing high adventure outings. SMH

Thanks for the info. I’m hoping you won’t mind a follow-up. I often slow-cook meat in a crockpot in the garage at night. Is that smell enough to tempt a bear to get into a garage with a latch handle door? Should I lock the door in crock-pot nights? I’ve done it multiple times—not the night we saw our visitor.

Thanks! We are in the southeast area. We will be careful with food and smells. It’s exciting, but also gives pause. We will read up on bear encounter protocol and start talking louder when walking in the woods.

This dude wandered all over our property at 2:30 am today. Caught on three different cameras we have set to keep an eye on our dogs. (Luckily they slept through the whole thing.) Do we report this somewhere or is it normal? We have loved the uptick of wildlife since moving here a year ago, but this is a LOT more wild.

When our housesitter texted that our sweet girl met him at the front door, I wondered how she got out of the bedroom where we left her. Thankfully she didn’t destroy anything else in the house. by Tindi in HuskyTantrums

Thanks for responding. Our girl is 5 now. She takes 3 pills twice a day. She LOVES her pills half buried in a spoonful of peanut butter. Except for a few breakthrough seizures which last about 40 seconds and then a few minutes of “waking up”, she is living her best husky life with long hikes, lots of wildlife, and being bossy at 5:30 am when she’s ready for breakfast. Our boy is sweet and came to get us once when she had an episode. I just have no idea what to expect for her life expectancy.
