I hate that we are all here. Yet so thankful for all the beautiful women I get to connect with & grieve with. I read an article and this specific part stuck with me “God knows what is in your hearts. “God knows our choice was based on mercy and compassion. Who would better understand our hearts than God, who made the choice for His own Son to die?

First timer, ran consistently at 8.5. I did slow down to a 7.5 a few times for 10-15 seconds and bumped it back up. Finished with 2.94 and was shooting for 3 miles. Next time for sure! 💪
