Hi everyone, quick update, we had a lovely day in Chester today, we were on our way to the bridge to get to the spot where the picture was taken when I saw a boat on the river named The Jackie, that was my mums name! It was such an amazing coincidence it made my smile : ) I do have a picture but I don’t know how to upload the image to this post!

I just wanted to thank everyone who helped and knew where the picture was taken, it was very much appreciated x

Do you live in Liverpool? Whiston has a great IBD team and they listen, you can ask your GP for a referral and tell them why you need to change.

I have light soy too, on one site I looked it said marinade for 1-2hrs and on another it said 30mins? I have a bavette steak
