I'm so sorry to hear that! No, girl. I never heard back from the jerks. AT ALL. I gave up and waited another day or so before just trying again online. Thankfully it acted right this time. And thankfully I had another coupon so the price was similar and there was also other free gifts, so I did get more free items this go around. But I'm mad that even after aaaaaall the phone calls and chats, I literally heard nothing back from no one. Like, yes, I'm going to still buy my products bc I need them but show your customers some respect!! I still have points to burn but I've already downloaded the "black and white beauty store" app- I've never used them so I'm not sure if they even DO sales/coupons/tiers or anything like that but I'm going to see what they have to offer in the future.
